SAINT ANDREW  CALL FOR ENTRY 2025 

All Ken-Caryl Art Guild Members are invited to submit work for a show at Saint Andrew United Methodist  Church. Please email Alexis Nicole at alexis@alexisnicole.art with your entries accompanied by Title, Artist’s  Name, Media, Contact Info and Price 

DETAILS  

Call for Entry: Feb 8 - March 7, 2025 

Show dates: May 16 - June 25, 2025  

Intake: May 16, 2025 at 8-9AM, hanging until noon  

Reception: May 18, 10-12PM  

Take Down: June 25, 2025 from 4-6PM  

GUIDELINES  

• Inspirational work that draws one toward the Spirit of God is appreciated.  
• No pieces over 25 pounds please  
• Large pieces are welcome.  
• 2D art must be clean and framed or have finsihed edges using wire as the hanging  mechanism or D rings. No sawtooth or metal eyes.  
• 3D works must be able to stand on their on or be accompanied by displays.  
• Up to 20 pieces of professionally sleeved bin work allowed per artist.  
• Jewelry artist must supply display stands.  
• Artist are repsonsible for hanging and removing their work during the designated time  frames.  
• St Andrew provides hanging hardware and advice about staging the proper hanging  techniques. 
• Six weeks prior to the show, please provide 4-6 photos in jpg format representative of  the workthat will be on display for us to print the posters and for advertising.  
• St Andrew provides a table outside the Chape for artist bios. Bios are to be displayed in  plastic sleeves in one 3 ring binder.  
• Business cards are encouraged, there is a holder for them.  

PUBLICITY  

• An annoucement will be published through vairous means throughout the church and  in various external news media. Artists are encourgaed to publicise their show via their  own websites, social media and contacts.  
• Posters are created using art images by St. Andrew and are hung in the Education Hall,  the Sanctuary.  

SIGNAGE  

• Artist will provide details for each piece in the exhibition:  Title, Artist’s Name, Media, Contact Info and Price  
• Sales are between buyer and artist. St Andrew does not take commission on sales.  
• Donations to the Arts at St. Andrew are welcome and greatly appreciated.  
• St Andrew is not responsible for your artwork while displayed at the church, but they will  make reasonable efforts to protect the work. Artwork is not covered by UMC Property  Insurance.

Ken Caryl Ranch Art Fair  CALL FOR ENTRY 2025 

All Ken-Caryl Art Guild Members are invited to submit three to four pieces of their work to exhibit at the Annual Ken Caryl Ranch Art Fair.

Show date:  Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 10am to 4pm  

Intake:  Friday, June 13, 2025 in the afternoon

Take Down:  Saturday June 14, 2025 after the show at 4pm
