The monthly business meeting of the Board of Directors of the Ken-Caryl Art Guild was held on Sept 10, 2015 at Rox Bar & Grill, 12684 W Indore Pl, Littleton CO80127
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:10 pm.
Approval of Minutes
June minutes were approved via email and uploaded to the web.
Treasurer Susan Hilberg - absent
Bruce Nall provided the bank balance $2,494.18 plus membership checks from 4 members unaccounted

Bruce Nall reported no response back from Valkaire Gallery.
Black Arts Cellars, a small craft winery on Shaffer Pl in Littleton, tentatively scheduled for Oct 24 opening, dependent on grape harvest. Theme "Autumn in the Rocky Mountains". Bruce will formally announce call when agreement is signed with Black Arts Cellars.

The Board discussed the history of showing art at the KCR Ranch House and the prospect for the Guild taking on an annual juried show. There was also discussion re: providing art to local banks/other institutions in the community.
There being no further items for discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00pm.
