The monthly business meeting of the Board of Directors of the Ken-Caryl Art Guild was held on June 11, 2015 at Rox Bar & Grill, 12684 W Indore Pl, Littleton CO.

The meeting was called to order at 6:08pm.

Barbara Williams requested via email that the Rox show remain installed for a few more months. She also announced that Candy Vallado had sold a piece from that venue.


Bruce Nall reported that a work by Stephen Begej has sold post-Valkaire show. Steve generously delivered both Valkaire and KCAG commissions for the sale.


Bruce announced call for submissions:

Music themed art, all mediums welcome. Everything from traditional & contemporary 2D & 3D to performance and time based media. Handmade instruments (acoustic & electronic) are highly encouraged. Art Appreciation: (Dir Bruce Nall)

The opening reception for the 32nd Annual All Colorado Art Show at the Curtis Arts & Humanities Center, 2349 East Orchard Road in Greenwood Village, Colorado, is Saturday, June 20th from 5 to 7 PM and the exhibition runs from June 20th to July 31st. Guild members Bruce Nall and Gail Firmin are in the show.

The board voted on the inclusion of the Office of Dir of Special Exhibits (non-rotating exhibits).

Bruce Nall was nominated to the office of Dir of Special Exhibits.

New member Kathy Holderith offered to assume nominated position as Dir of Public Relations.

Gail Firmin offered to assume nominated position as Dir of Art Appreciation.
