The quarterly business meeting of the Board of Directors of the Ken-Caryl Art Guild was held on July 15, 2015 at The Manor House, 1 Manor House Rd., Littleton CO 80127

The meeting was called to order at 5:13 pm.

Special Exhibits:

Bruce Nall reported that Valkaire Gallery has been asked if they are interested in renting gallery space in 2016.

Possible new venue: Black Arts Cellars, a small craft winery on Shaffer Pl in Littleton. Details will be forthcoming once the proprietor communicates agreement; however a 'fall harvest' theme and second Saturday openings were discussed. The venue can acommodate only a small number of works.

The board agreed in general terms to reimburse Steve McCall some money ($300 approx) towards the Eagle sculpture for the Veterans Memorial Monument.
