The monthly business meeting of the Board of Directors of the Ken-Caryl Art Guild was held on Feruary 12, 2015 at Rox Bar & Grill, 12684 W Indore Pl, Littleton CO.

 

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm.

 

Approval of Minutes

There were no outstanding minutes to approve.

 

Financial Report

Treasurer Susan Hilberg - Bank balance $2,678.48

Rox meeting space paid through May

Ronnie is following three possible leads for spring programs

 

Exhibits:

Dir Barbara Williams released initial call for Rox changeout in March. Bruce Nall updated members on posible exhibit space with the Lakewood Arts Council when renovation is complete.

Bruce suggested all members register with CAFE.org

DAM Exhibit on Williams the Watercolorist, Matisse

Littleton Eye of the Camera, Feb 19th opening (Steve Begej work exhibited)

Michele related two requests for donations from Denver Youth Artists Orchestra and

Pastor Scott from a local church.

 

Larry shared program details of Kidz Bronze for feedback.

 

Board discussed feasibility of participation in a summer program with the KCR Community Garden.
