The monthly business meeting of the Board of Directors of the Ken-Caryl Art Guild was held on April 9, 2015 at Rox Bar & Grill, 12684 W Indore Pl, Littleton CO.
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:07pm.
Approval of Minutes
There were no outstanding minutes to approve.

Speaker J.B. Sullivan shared information regarding his upcoming workshop at the Evergreen Arts Center, Taking Drawing to the Next Level, Aug. 19-20 Wednes, Thurs from 1 to 3 pm
Dir Barbara Williams (in absentia) installed March exhibit at Rox. Bruce Nall updated members on call for art submissions: (Gilpin, Curtis Art Center, 40West)

Thanks to Peg Hart and Barb Arne for helping select the art for KCAG Award for the Jeffco High School Art Exhibit at the Arvada Arts Center. Annie Elefante from Collegiate Academy will receive the KCAG award for her ceramic piece, "Greek." Her instructor is Mrs. Tabitha Kim. Opening reception is Monday, April 13, from 6 to 9pm. The Awards Presentation will be at 7 pm at the Arvada Center Main Stage Theater. Show runs from Apr 10 to May 10.

In absentia, Judy reported via email that she updated the home page with the next meeting information and image for the May show. She also included text regarding the winner of the KCAG award for the Jeffco High School Art Exhibit. As she removes entries from the home page, she moves them to the past news page. She requested that any updates be sent after April 21.

Steve McCall will respond to a solicitation for a sculpture of an Eagle for the Ken-Caryl Veterans Memorial at Community Park. He will present the Guild with more details when he submits a proposal.
There being no further items for discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 6:50 pm.
